3/4 CUP UNSALTED BUTTER, SOFTENED
1 CUP CONFECTIONERS’ SUGAR
1 TEASPOON ESPRESSO POWDER
1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
1-2 TABLESPOONS WATER
Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Dissolve the espresso powder in a tablespoon of water (2 tablespoons if necessary),and add it to mixture along with the vanilla extract.
Mix until combined.
Top Vanilla Latte Cupcakes with Vanilla Espresso Frosting.
Wait until cupcakes are completely cool for assembly.
