This is the easiest, most delicious peanut butter cookie recipe! It only has 4 ingredients for goodness sakes! It is nice and soft, filled with great peanut butter taste. And itis so easy to make double, even triple the batch.
EASY Peanut Butter Cookies!!
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. of vanilla
- 1 cup of peanut butter(creamy or chunky)
- 1 cup of sugar
Instructions
- Mix peanut butter and sugar together in mixer. Add egg and vanilla. I find it easiest to use a ice-cream scoop but you can make balls with your hands, place them on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10 to 12 min. Do not over bake, they cook real fast! Try to bring them out when you catch the first sign of looking golden brown. Enjoy!
