1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1(14-oz.) can condensed milk
Pinch of salt
1 cup shelled pistachios
On low heat, melt chocolate, condensed milk, and salt in heavy saucepan.
Place nuts in freezer bag and crush with rolling pin. Break into pieces that vary in size.
Add nuts to chocolate mixture. Stir well.
Pour mixture into 9-inch square foil tray, and smooth out top. Cool fudge and place in refrigerator until mixture is set.
Cut into pieces, approximately ¾ by 1¾ inches in size. Store in freezer.
