Came up with this recipe after searching for a Parisian Cream cake filling. All I could find was Parisian Blonde mixed drink recipe, so I adapted it for a filling.
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tblsp. sugar
- 1 oz. rum
- 1 oz. orange liquer
- Whip cream to soft peaks, then gradually add sugar.
- Continue whipping to stiff peaks. Mix rum and orange liquer together and gradually add to whipped cream.
