SUGAR PASTE READY TO USE
- 500g ( 1Lb 2 oz) icing sugar
- 1 egg white ( or equivalent amount of dried egg white mixed with water)
- 30 ml. ( 2 Tbsp) liquid glucose
- 1- Place the icing sugar into a bowl and make a well in the centre
- 2- Tip the egg white and glucose into the well and stirr using a wooden spoon
- 3- Finish binding the icing together with your hands, Kneading until all sugaris incorporated and the icing feels silky smooth
- 4-Double wrap immediately in two small plastic bags. It may be used straightaway.
