this fondant cober one 11 inch cake, it is not too sweet and it tastes better next day. it is easy to work with and its very shiny

Citric fondant


  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon of gelatin knox
  • 3 tablerspoons of glucose or karo
  • 2 tablespoons of natural lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of shortening
  • 2 tablespoons of gllicerin
  • 2 pounds of 10x powder sugar


  1. the procedure is the same as the other fondants.
