this fondant cober one 11 inch cake, it is not too sweet and it tastes better next day. it is easy to work with and its very shiny
- 3 tablespoons of water
- 1 tablespoon of gelatin knox
- 3 tablerspoons of glucose or karo
- 2 tablespoons of natural lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of shortening
- 2 tablespoons of gllicerin
- 2 pounds of 10x powder sugar
- the procedure is the same as the other fondants.
