Extender Cake Recipe #2

Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix, brand of your choice
  • Use the same water, oil, and eggs as called for on the box and also add:

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 package chocolate instant pudding

Instructions

  1. Mix all of this together and bake in greased and floured pans. I always bake at 325 degrees for a little longer. This makes a nice high 9×13 cake…I always use the heating core to make sure it gets done in the middle too. It’s really level too.

It must be healthy, it has chocolate in it!!
