This Cream Cheese Frosting is easy to make, keeps well in the frig, is very stable on the cake. Unlike traditional cream cheese frosting this recipe contains no butter or vanilla and it very light. Melts in your mouth!
Cream Cheese Icing (Southern Living)
12 oz container frozen whipped topping (not light or fat-free)
8 oz cream cheese
1cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
Combine cream cheese and sugars and mix well. Fold in whipped topping.
