Fluffernutter Frosting

I have used this frosting with banana cake and chocolate cake. It is very yummy. It is, however, a bit sticky.

Fluffernutter Frosting


  • 1 Cup Marshmellow Fluff
  • 1/2 Cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/3 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the Fluff, peanut butter and butter at low speed until blended. Increase the speed to medium and add the sugar and salt alterately with the milk, adding just enough milk to make the frosting smooth and spreadable. Beat in the vanilla.

This can’t possibly be bad for you! It’s got protein!

This was absolutely Devine! Very hard to measure the fluff. I may have used more than I should've because I ended up adding about 4-5 T. of milk to make it smooth. Delish!
