whippped up some of this for a chocolate cake…… it was so good!!!!

Chocolate Mint Truffle Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg Oreo instant pudding mix
  • 1/2 c Chocolate mint truffle coffee creamer ( liquid Delight brand)

Instructions

  1. Beat heavy whipping cream and sugar on high until thick. Turn off mixer and fold in pudding mix until well mixed. Stir in coffee creamer. Refrigerate for 30 min or until nice and thick.
