I was trying to come up with a not too sweet filling for the Sour cream almond cake (recipe from CC) and this worked great!
Rich cream filling
- 1 quart of heavy cream
- 1 4 serving package of INSTANT vanilla pudding
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup fruit filling (like solo or the one in the sleeve) I used raspberry.
- I make this on my KA mixer. Pour heavy cream into the bowl and add the dry pudding mix. Beat until it is the consistency of a rich mousse. It will be pretty thick. Fold in the fruit filling until completely incorporated. ENJOY!
