This buttercream goes nicely with spice cake

Cinnamon buttercream

Ingredients

  • -1lb butter
  • -4cups icing sugar
  • -3-4Tbsp water
  • -1tsp vanilla
  • -1Tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. -Beat butter until fluffy in large bowl of electric mixer
  2. (30 seconds)
  3. -Add sugar (slowly), water and vanilla. Mix until well incorporated
  4. -Mix in cinnamon on low speed
  5. VOILA!!
