This simple, great tasting icing recipe is from my Icing ebook called ” Icing Only” and it is taken from the “High Fiber Icings” section.
4 1/2 cups
1. Place the dates and water in small saucepan and cook for 10 minutes or until the dates are very soft.
2. Let cool, then place them in a food processor and add the rest of the ingredients. Process until the icing is smooth.
It is good on spice, date or white cakes.
