This low-sugar recipe is a favorite at my house.

No Bake Low-Sugar Cheesecake


  • 1 package Murray sugar-free vanilla wafers
  • 6 tsp. butter melted
  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 3/4 c splenda
  • 2 small containers whipped topping
  • 1 tsp vanilla


    Crumble vanilla wafers and add melted butter. Mix until well coated and press into springform pan. Mix cream cheese and splenda until smooth. Add vanilla. Fold in whipped topping and pour into springform pan. Refrigerate at least one hour.
