My mom has made these every year for Christmas. She always has a huge homemade cookie assortment and these are always the first to go! They are delicious and easy to make. They keep in the fridge for months! Use a tupperware dish and place wax paper between layers.

Yields approx 50 1inch balls


Amount Ingredient
1 1/2 Cups Peanut Butter
1 LB Powder Sugar
2 Sticks Butter
2 (12 oz) pkg chocolate chips


Beat peanut butter, powder sugar and butter together for at least 5 minutes. Roll into 1 inch balls. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Dip or roll balls in melted chocolate. Lay on wax paper to harden.
