my very own chocolate crinkles recipe which is my daughter favorite snack.very easy to make no need to chill the batter.
Memei’s crinkles
Ingredients
- 3/4 c vegetable oil
- 2 c white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 c dutch processed cocoa powder
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- confectioner’s sugar or powder sugar
Instructions
- preheat oven to 350F. in a bowl, combine everything, except for the confectioner’s sugar, until well blended. form the dough into 1 inch balls. roll the shaped dough into confectioner’s sugar, place dough into cookie sheets. bake for 7 mins exactly.
- note: do not overbake, center should still be soft, let the cookie rest at the cookie sheet for 1 minute before placing to cooling rack
