Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting


  • 8 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 c. heavy cream


  1. 1) In a stand mixer with whisk attachment: beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. 2) Add sugar and again beat until smooth, beat in vanilla.
  3. 3) Once optimally smooth, turn mixer to low and gradually pour in cream. Then turn up to high/med high and whisk until stiff peaks form.
  4. 4) Remember to refridgerate. :o )
