Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting
- 8 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c. heavy cream
- 1) In a stand mixer with whisk attachment: beat cream cheese until smooth.
- 2) Add sugar and again beat until smooth, beat in vanilla.
- 3) Once optimally smooth, turn mixer to low and gradually pour in cream. Then turn up to high/med high and whisk until stiff peaks form.
- 4) Remember to refridgerate. )
