This recipe is for a cool cookie that is light, sweet, and fun to make as it is to eat!
1 cube butter
1 cup crushed pineapple-drained
1cup chopped nuts
powdered sugar to sweeten
1 box vanilla wafers
Put butter, crushed pineapple, chopped nuts, and powdered sugar into a sauce pan and heat to boiling on the stove top. Spread mixture between 3 vanilla wafers and place on a lined cookie sheet. Repeat until mixture is used up. Place in freezer overnight. Take out of freezer and roll in whipped cream and then in flaked cocnut.
