White Chocolate Mud Cake

Ingredients

  • 1kg California blondie Mix
  • 500mls Water
  • 150mls Oil
  • 100g White Chocolate (melted)
  • 2 Lge Eggs

Instructions

    1. Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing mbowl & beat at low speed for 4 mins.

  1. 2. Line & grease a 23cm (9”) pan.
  2. 3. Pour in mixture & bake in a preheated oven at 150 – 160C for 1 ¼ to 1 ½ hours, or until cooked.
  3. 4. Cover pan with a tea towel & leave stand for ½ hour before turning out onto a rack, (still covered) to finish cooling.
