Chocolate roses

Ingredients

  • 1 bag candy melts (or you can use chocolate chips)
  • 1/3 cup light corn syrup
  • a few drops of flavorings (you can use wiltons candy flavors or loranes oil for it)

Instructions

  1. melt candy in microwave until melted (do not over cook)
  2. once melted add flavors and corn syrup.
  3. mix together until a ball forms and not longer sticky. once mixed chill for a few hours to help it firm up. once firm you can make any shape you want with it. if it gets too soft while working with it just put back in fridge to refirm back up.
