Does this crust or is it a moist frosting?
This is a very yummy moist icing!
this frosting was delicious!! i made it woth the "Darn Good Chocolate" cake it was chocolate heaven!...the only thing i would change next time i make it is adding whipped cream to it to give it more creamy fluff...i found it a bit to stiff for my liking so i added a few squirts of chocolate syrup to make it thinner and it worked great, but it made my cake all together too rich..i guess it WAS too much of a good thing! (chocolate) ;p so i'm going to add cool whip next time to it...but it was a fabulous recipe!!
Wow, this icing is delicious. If you want a sinfully rich chocolate icing, you found it. This recipe makes about 2 1/2 cups of icing.
I use this recipe ALL the time....it's really good also if you're looking for something a bit richer to use the Special Dark Cocoa by Hershey's!
Can this icing be used under fondant?
