do you use powered sugar or granulated sugar?
I haven't made this recipe before, but I'm sure it's granulated because you are dissolving it into the water.
Does anyone know how much icing this recipe makes??
No the recipe clearly states "powdered sugar" and you can dissolve ps into boiling water anytime.
I believe it's granulated sugar as it in no place (that I can see) says powdered sugar. It does say powdered vanilla, but that's optional.
The recipe doesn't say powdered sugar. The sugar you need to use is castor sugar, or Domino Super Fine Sugar.(It's not as fine as powdered sugar). Mention of the powdered sugar is if you want to add more sweetness to it. It will also slightly crust with the powdered sugar added . If you haven't tried IMBC you are in for a treat. Also look at the other IMBC recipe thats posted.
