White Chocolate Paste

Let cure over night.
Use to cover cakes, make roses, or mold shapes.

White Chocolate Paste


  • 1 lb. 8 oz. White Chocolate
  • 7/8 c. Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 c. + 3 1/2 Tbs. Water
  • 3 1/4 c. Powdered Sugar


  1. Warm chocolate to 105 Degrees.
  2. Make a syrup with sugar and water and bring to boil.
  3. Add chocolate to syrup and mix, then add powdered sugar.
  4. Place in plastic bag and let cure over night to become solid.
  5. Kead and use
