Mississippi Mud Cake Ingredients 1/2 cup cocoa2 sticks butter4 eggs (slightly beaten)2 cups sugar1 1/2 cups all purpose flourPinch of salt1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts1 tsp vanilla1 package miniature marshmallowsFrosting:1 box powdered sugar1/3 cup cocoa1/2 cup milk1/2 stick softened butter not melted Instructions Melt butter and cocoa together. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and eggs. Mix well. Add flour, salt, chopped nuts and vanilla. Mix well. Spoon batter into a well greased pan 9X13x2 Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until done. Sprinkle marshmallows on top of warm cake. Cover with chocolate frosting. Let cool and cut into squares. Frosting Directions: Combine sugar, cocoa, butter and milk. Mix well until smooth and spread on cake.
