Miniature Cream Cheese Cupcakes
You can never eat just one…My Mom has made these for years, and now I make them. A great recipe for a finger food dessert. Great for parties, weddings, showers etc…
Miniature Cream Cheese Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 2- 8oz. pkgs creamcheese (softened)
- 3/4 C sugar
- 3 eggs seperated
- Graham cracker crumbs
TOPPING
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1 Tbs. vanilla
- Cherry pieces for garnish
Instructions
- Beat 3 egg whites until stiff. Cream together cream cheese, sugar, and egg yolks. Fold in stiff egg whites. Butter mini cupcake pans, and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Fill 1/4 to 1/2 full with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15minutes. Remove from pan and cool on a clean towel.
- Combine topping ingredients and spoon a small amount onto each cupcake. Garnish with cherry piece. Refrigerate and seve chilled. YUMMMMMMMY!
can you add vanilla extract or somethig to give more flavor or the recipe the way it is is fine
