Also forgot to mention that I tend to trim the edges from the brownie (same as a cake) in order to free it from the paper. Made a bit of a mess this time, but maybe putting it in the fridge may make it sturdier for the task!
These sound really good. Im putting them into my favourites and will try them as soon as I get a free weekend. Never would have thought about adding rolos to my brownies but it makes perfect sense. I will let you know what I think.
They are delicious. My husband is a trained chef and has tried several recipes in the past 25 years and he tells me that they are the best he's ever had.

I would say same amount of time with or without the rolos, but to be honest you could do them longer anyway if you want a slightly less sticky cake :)
