This is the recipe I use for my chocolate biscuit cake. You can modify it to suit the size of the cake you want it’s easy and you simply cannot go wrong.
- 2 packets of either Rich Tea Biscuits OR Chocolate Digestive Biscuits
- 2 cups of milk chocolate OR plain chocolate you can even mix in white chocolate if you want.
- 1/2 cup of margarine
- 400g can of condensed milk
- Melt the chocolate and margarine together then remove from the heat and add the condensed milk. Mix reall well until it’s all blended. Crush the biscuits into small pieces not crumbs then add to the melted chocolate mixture. Place the mixture into a lined tin and chill for several hours until it sets. You can then coat it in fugde iciing or ganache. Enjoy!
