Chin chin


  • 3 cups of all porpose flour
  • 11/2 a cup of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 2 cups of sugar


  1. Combine the ingredience together (except the vegetable oil )making a soft dough. Then pour flour once at a time if the mixture gets too sticky. Kneed the dough and cut it into little squares. Put vegetable oil into a deepfrier the fyr the chin chin until it is golden brown. Then remove it from the deepfrier and leave it to cool down. Finally enjoy
