Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9×9 inch pan.

2 In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

3 In a large bowl, combine oil, eggs, sugar and milk. Beat until blended. Add flour mixture and beat until smooth. Fold in jam. Pour batter into 9×9 inch pan.

4 Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
