I found this recipe on one of russian cake designs websites & I translated the best I could & maybe you will find it interesting, I didn’t tried it yet but I will.
- 10gr gelatin + 10tblsp water = let to dissolve completely, heat in microwave as usual to dissolve complety gelatin in water, it should be warm anought, but not bouiling. You will need about 900gr of icing sugar, to add 1/2 cup at time until yuu obtain a sugarpaste consistensy. Recipe sais that you can roll this paste really thin to create very delicate petals. Use icing sugar(not cornstarch) if it stick a lot.
