I made this on the weekend and it was very good. I set my timer for 50 min. and went off to do other things and unfortunately, the cake had browned a little too much for my liking. I should have removed it from the oven after about 40 - 45 min. That's my fault for not checking it sooner. Everyone loved the taste and no one seemed to notice that it was slightly overcooked.
