It’s just simply cinammon biscuits
- 2 1/2 cups (350g) All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tspn Baking Powder
- 1/4 tspn Salt
- 100g Butter
- 115g Castor Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tspn of Cinammon powder ( a little more if you want)
Sieve the flour.
Add Butter, Sugar, Egg, Cinammon and Baking powder.
Combine them together using your hands and knead them into dough-like.
Roll out dough and using cookie cutters, cut them into desired shapes.
Bake 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
