This mix-all-in-one recipie makes lovely moist cupcakes, that have never failed me. They turn out perfect every time, and you use this as the basis for other flavour, just add chocolate, coco, etc. I found this on a Nigella Lawson website and as you you add all the ingredients into the bowl at once, and then mix, you can churn them out super quick.

Ingredients

  • 200g SR flour
  • 150g Caster sugar
  • 125g marg or butter
  • 125ml Milk
  • Vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs

Caster sugar is known as superfine sugar in American, and Icing sugar is known as powdered sugar (confectioner's sugar) in America. :)
