Great for any chocolate cake or peanut butter cake. Pairs wonderfully with peanut butter buttercream!
- 8 oz heavy whipping cream cream
- 1 tbls butter
- 2 Tbs sugar
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips or 6oz bar chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- Heat cream, butter and sugar to boiling. Turn heat off and add the chocolate and peanut butter chips. Stir until smooth. Let cool to room temperature. Ice cake with preferred method
