I have looked everywhere in my town for pineapple flavoring and I can not find it anywhere. Is there something that could be substituted for this?

Can anyone tell me if this recipe crusts?

I tried this tonight but it has too strong of a rum flavor for me. I even made another batch with only the vanilla to cut it down, but it's still too strong. Is there anything else I can do to save it?

Sorry - meant to say I mixed the vanilla-only batch with the batch with all of the flavorings and the rum was still too strong. Thanks for any tips!
