I tried a bunch of different recipes and couldn’t ever get the taste and texture that I wanted. Pink lemonade is a delicate flavor, so in order to get the right intensity, I found the right mixture myself!
1 white cake mix (I use BC)
3 large eggs
1 cup pink lemonade concentrate (thawed)
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Ice with frosting of your choosing, being careful to not overpower the lemonade flavor.
