carob cake

very healthy, tasty dessert, home made style.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup carob powder
1/2 cup coconut flour (powdered)
5 eggs
6 spoons raw sugar
3 packs vanilla sugar
1 little cup nice liquor (pina colada, for example)
4 spoons orange jam, home made
1 dark chocolate
250 gr. wheeping cream

DIRECTIONS

beat eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, add powder, flour,liquor and jam.put into the pound cake pan, bake for 30-35 min.middle gas.
When done, make chocolate icing above the hot steam, with cream.Put on cake
and spread over!
