This is a very tart and moist cake. The cream cheese frosting cuts the tartness of the cake. Everyone that has had it, LOVES it!
Combine ingredients and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pans (sprayed with cooking oil, I use pam) or cupcake liners. Cool. Pierce top several times with wooden skewer or fork and pour glaze over cake/cupcakes. Frost with cream cheese frosting (I used Cream Cheese Butter cream found here on CC). Makes 2 dozen good sized cupcakes or 1 9×13 cake. Round cake pans would work too.

the recipe should read 1/3 cup Key Lime Juice.
This cake was delicious, especially with the cream cheese buttercream. Very refresihing. I also added some lemon and lime zest to the batter to bring out the citrus flavor.
