This is a crazy mix that turned out pretty good.
I used it in my second Christmas Eve cake.

Ingredients

  • 150 g creme brulee pudding mix ( not instant )
  • 500 g milk ( you can substitute half of it for 18% or 30% cream )
  • 200 g butter
  • 300 g bittersweet dark chocolate chips
  • 1 can creme anglaise
  • 2 tsp instant coffee
