This is a crazy mix that turned out pretty good.
I used it in my second Christmas Eve cake.
- 150 g creme brulee pudding mix ( not instant )
- 500 g milk ( you can substitute half of it for 18% or 30% cream )
- 200 g butter
- 300 g bittersweet dark chocolate chips
- 1 can creme anglaise
- 2 tsp instant coffee
