Thanks! the cream cheese is an 8 oz pk and I have used it for both a sheet cake and a layer cake. Butavan is a kind of caramel butter flavor its very good. you can find it at your local cake stores or on GlobalSugarArt.com

I made this cake for my work and everyone raved about it. It was the most moist cake I have ever eaten. I made 4 layers so I alternated the layers, one with choc chips & one without and it turned out AWESOME! I will continue to use this for my birthday cakes when someone requests chocolate. Thanks for this information.

it souds delicious. i've been using the ready to make cake batter, and decorating it for family events. but i find that the cake sometimes isn't sturdy even for the fondant, and the layering i do. what do you suggest i add to cake batter to make it sturdy without losing the moisture of the cake?
