Ladyfinger Cheesecake Ingredients 3 (3 ounce) packages ladyfingers2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 cup white sugar1 pint heavy whipping cream1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling Instructions 1 Place ladyfingers on the bottom and around the edge of a 9 inch springform pan. 2 In a medium bowl, whip cream until peaks form. 3 In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream. 4 Spoon 1/2 of cream cheese mixture into springform pan; cover with a layer of lady fingers and add remaining cream cheese mixture. 5 Layer remaining ladyfingers and top with fruit pie filling.
