Pros: It will get the job done.
Cons: Pricey, tastes awful, really hard right out of the box
I used to use Wilton. It gets the job done, Its fondant. But I found it to be a brick and impossible to roll and kneed. Microwaving it in 5-10 second intervals helps but... the taste just doesn't add to the cake. Now I make my own MMF and everyone tells me my cakes have a soft "pillowy" effect from the fondant. Not to mention it is sweet and tasty! And cheaper than wilton :)
