I rarely write reviews on products but I absolutely fell in love with this fondant!!! I've tried other fondants and have always had difficulty with drying and cracking but ever since I started using Fondx and Fondx Elite on my cakes, I have yet to run to into that problem. Its amazing and it has definitely cut my time of decorating since it rolls out great and has the perfect consistency. I always buy the virgin white and color the fondant if necessary but they also have pre-colored fondant as well. (The ***y Pink is awesome and it never fades!!!)  The great thing about it is that it tastes soooo good! It has this light marshmallow taste and isn't overly sweet like a lot of other fondant! And pricing is reasonable for the quality and quantity of this product. I've tried all types of fondants, from the inexpensive (Wilton) to the super expensive (Carma Massa), and Fondx is at a great price range and the quality can't be beat. The only con that I have with this product is that its not carried in a lot of retailers like Michael's, so I usually order it online.  But I always check out the weekly sales on they usually have their fondant on sale and along with other gumpaste items (which I'm also guilty of purchasing lol).

Fondx Rolled Fondant Icing, Virgin White

Fondx Rolled Fondant Icing- 10 Pound White.  Fondx is a premium rolled fondant with a nice marshmallow flavor.  It can easily be colored with Americolor Gel Pastes and you can knead in flavorings of your choice.10 pound re-sealable pail. Certified Kosher dairy.1.      Cut all cakes to level and well trimmed. Crumb coat all the cakes with sufficient amount of butter cream. Placed all cakes on the board.2.      Best to cool the cake in the refrigerator if your work area is warm during summer months. Or freeze iced cakes for 10 minutes to form hardness.3.      Prepare your work area free of crumb, clean rolling pin from any unwanted particles.4.      Cut FondX in portion to the amount you need to cover the whole project.5.      Rolled the amount of FondX that you think is easy to handle, kneading too much of rolled fondant all at once will only cause fatigue and uneven kneading. 6.      Add 1/4 - 1/2 tsp of Shortening or Crisco for best body.  Rub Crisco first on your palms then knead into the Fondx.7.      Knead Fondx until relax and smooth.8.      Dust table surface with powdered sugar in a nylon stocking pouch, roll FondX evenly about 3/16 inches thick.9.      Apply rolled FondX on iced cake, push towards cake.10.  Rub gently with your palm (not fingers), use cake smoother if necessary to obtain fine surface.11.  Cut excess FondX, keep excess in tight bag and sealed container.Tips:·         Fondx can be colored with gel or paste color. Liquid air brush color is not recommended.·         FondX can be flavored best with oil base candy flavoring.·         FondX can be mixed with Sweet Inspiration White Chocolate Rolled Fondant for more supple white chocolate taste.·         FondX works well with textured rolling pins and lace molds.·         Boxed rolled fondant cake if need to be refrigerated, avoid moisture contact from open and shut refrigerator doors situation. Temperature different creates condensation inside refrigerator.
