Pros: cakes never burn, easy to clean, doesn't buckle

Cons: none

I don't need to grease and flour - just use some tin glide (or equivalent), and I'm good to go.

Cakes come out beautifully every time and that's quite a feat for me as I am a novice cake baker.

I absolutely love these pans, I'm collecting the whole set.
