Named for my mother-her favorite color is green and I liked how this one came out. It is a display cake-still working on my website! Covered with MMF and RI hearts. A dessert glass of my late grandmother is holding the top tier.

tnuty-this would have a fat dowel in the center, covered by a small cake circle and covered with fondant before placing the dessert glass. THIS particular cake is a dummy, so there is no problem with sinking. There are several in the gallery that have been done for weddings using the same concept-a glass or vase with a small circle underneath.
Great look!! It has an old fashioned look to it. How DID you do that with the glass??
