Baloney Sandwich on Cake Central

butter pecan cake for wheat bread, bc mayo, fondant veggies. Nightmare cake, family loved it.

Thank you for your comments, the bread is 8 x 8 x 3 square torted. Bethola where can I get that tee shirt? Lynda Bob no lo vas a creer, but I tried to get my grandson to eat a juevo and weenie burrito and he just looked at me like I was from mars!! LOL

Thank you for your kind comments. Once I got over the fact the my oven was not working properly I took 2 (of the 4 ) cakes and put them together to make one. It really was an easy cake to put together. Didn't have to worry about perfect frosting. The hardest part was flipping the top layer and putting it on top of the sandwich. Next time I think I will freeze it a little first. I put parchment paper under the veggies but I was kind of excited about how it was looking that I forgot to put some paper on top

I should mention that I saw a BLT on someone's website. So when my honey asked for a cake for baloney sandwich day I thought I'd try it. Not an original idea on my part.

Dolfin - read the nightmare story and I really can sympathize! But the final product is fabulous! I am adding to my favorites!

Website is driving me nuts tonight!! I SAID: thought it is a cute idea for my son's b-day coming up, he's a starving college student! :lol:
