I fell in love with this cake when I saw it on the cover of a Wilton decorating magazine. I just made it for Mother's Day. 6" round butter cake with bc icing and roses -- torted twice, one layer filled with caramel buttercream, the other filled with chocolate buttercream. First time making buttercream roses and leaves.
Looks absolutely beautiful! I've done this cake a couple of times, but as a square..I just love what you've done. Your roses are great, certainly can't believe its your first time doing them. Your fillings sound scrumptious.
