Candy Bar--Cadbury Dairy Milk
I made this cake for my husband's birthday, his favorite candy. It is Chocolate Cake with a ganache frosting/crumb coat. The cake was covered entirely out of modeling chocolate, which was interesting. The writing was all done by an edible image.

for the edible image I had to find a bakery that made them and sold them "off the cake". They are what you see at the grocery store when you can have a picture put on a cake. Essentially it is just rice paper going through a printer that is filled with food coloring instead of ink.
