I made this cake for my grandson for his 5th birthday. I used pund cake for the truck body; chocolate cake mix for the support underneath the truck body, and for the crushed car, and fondant covered doughnuts for the tires. The mud is chocolate ganache. Thanks to all on CC for directions and pictures of their monster truck cakes.
