This was my first attempt at a 2 tier cake. Made the cakes for a close friend's 40th. It was a mammoth task but I was happy with the final result, especially when we put the fresh flowers on top. The birthday "girl" liked it, as did the guests at her party. All MMF except bottom layer which is white choc ganache (tinted to make it a brighter white). Bottom border = Maltesers.
